What information should I include in my enquiry?
Let us know your name, the best way to reach you, the type of support you’re interested in and, if relevant, whether you’re an NDIS participant and how your plan is managed. Don’t worry if you’re unsure about anything—our team will help you work it out.
How soon can I expect a response?
Our team aims to get back to you as soon as possible during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). For anything urgent, please call us on 0405 011 404 or 0448 647 194.
